2011 Education / Outreach Schools The ARTiculation Prize 2012
ARTiculation Prize Final 2012
National ARTiculation Prize Final to be held Saturday 3 March 2012
Clare College, University of Cambridge
To be adjudicated by Jon Snow
The ARTiculation Prize invites sixth form students to give a short presentation on a work of art of their choice. Participating students will enter one of seven regional heats taking place across the country in January and February 2012. Entrants from each heat will be selected to take part in the Competition Final on Saturday 3 March 2012 at Clare College, Cambridge. This event is part of an ARTiculation Conference in partnership with the University of Cambridge and open to all sixth form students.
The ARTiculation Prize is open to all students, not just those studying Art or History of Art. Students studying other disciplines are encouraged to take part and reflect their own interests within their talk. The competition encourages first hand experience with the work of art being discussed.
